Angus Potter and Lizzie Orange set up Chez Nous Zermatt to offer our guests a luxury holiday rental experience that feels more personal – more like staying with a friend than in a “vacation home”.   

We have deliberately kept Chez Nous Zermatt small because our experience is that a boutique, owner-managed business is the best way to ensure that our guests get a truly personal service.  We have personally furnished our holiday apartments to create an atmosphere that aims to make you feel at home from the moment you walk in.

Angus first came to Zermatt when he was 9, fell in love with the mountains and has been skiing and hiking here regularly ever since.  Lizzie arrived in 2007 for what was supposed to be 1 season, met Angus here and Chez Nous Zermatt was born.  

We have long experience in the hospitality & skiing industries and with our combined knowledge of the Zermatt ski area, the mountain restaurants and the village, you will be in good hands when it comes to planning your trip.  We will open up our address book and ensure that you get the full benefit of our expertise and local knowledge.

We now divide our time between the UK and Zermatt but we have a dedicated concierge team in Zermatt and between us we will make sure that you are well looked after during your stay.
